Wifi is not available in jetpack 5.0.2

hi, after upgrading my Xavier NX developer kit to Jetpack 5.0.2, the wifi is not available. However, it is OK in Jetpack 4.5.

I used sdk manager to flash the jetpack, both 4.5 and 5.0.2.

I’m not able to reproduce on my Xavier NX devkit, have you ever replaced the WIFI module with other ones?
You can share a kernel log here for troubleshooting.
