What sort of frame buffer usage at idle do people here see with Win10?
We see close to 700mb with 3 monitors at 1920x1200 and easily 1gb with Office open. We had planned to use 1gb profiles but it seems we need 2gb of frame buffer even for non power users.
That’s about right - Especially with 3x Monitors
W10 is FB intensive, hence the recommendation (requirement) for a GPU. The current version of MS Office also expects a GPU to be in the system, by default.
Personally, I don’t use anything less than 2GB, but I run higher resolutions than that.
