I am using RTX5000 max-q in Razer Blade Studio 2020, CPU is 10875H. There is difference in reported wattage under windows and linux.
Under Windows with latest stable Quadro drivers depending to CPU load card will report up to 110W. e.g. If I limit CPU power to 25W under Death Stranding card will stay at around 95W.
Same settings under Linux with latest driver 470 beta and CPU limit to 25 W, GPU will never go over 90 W and most of the time is like 89W.
Also with drivers 455 under Linux, GPU will never go over 80W. So my question is:
- Where come the difference ?
- Is it just reporting problem, or under linux power is calculated different?
