Wrong count error entered when using deepstream-nvdsanalytics-test app

Hi,
When I run the deepstream-nvdsanalytics-test application and log out the meta type NVDS_USER_OBJ_META_NVDSANALYTICS. I see cases where even though people don’t enter the horizontal line area, the algorithm still counts.

I fixed this because I used the mode in [line-crossing-stream-0] as loose. Use mode=balanced instead
