I used to install cuda 12.1 on my wsl2, then I wanted to upgrade it to 12.2.
So I follow the instructions on docs here to uninstall my 12.1 first. And then I follow the instruction to reinstall cuda 12.2.
And all cuda 12.2 works fine. But then I found that with nvidis-smi it shows that my 3050 TI Laptop’s maximum power is limited to 55W but it used to be 75W. And it is changing all the time like 57W, 63W etc and also back to 75W.
So I wonder what causes this and what should I do to make it normal?
