Xavier AGX SOM not booting up

Hi Sir/ Madam,

I have Xavier AGX in which SOM is not getting power on, Carrier Board is working fine as we have checked the same while changing with the other SOM of Xavier AGX.
Can someone help me with this ?

Which jetapck releaese?

Custom board or devkit?

At least provide above information.

Jetpack version was 4.6
It is a development kit.

As per our observation, it is not related to software or OS but it is related to the hardware of Xavier AGX.

Please try to flash 32.7.2 and see if the issue is same.

We were trying that but in Host Machine (SDK Manager), this device is not at all visible.

If you are sure your host and flash other AGX module, then it is hardware problem. We can only ask you to RMA this module.
