Hi Team,
We have planned to connect RTC non-Rechargeable battery to pin L53 of AGX commercial and industrial SOM
There is no change in pinmux sheet since L53 is not mentioned there
Do we need to configure Pin L53 as an i/p or should we make any other changes on register to configure L53 as RTC Battery I/P

There is no need to configure pinmux for this.
