Xavier image-based update from 32.3 to 32.7.2 successfull, then to 35.1 that desktop can be entered with hdmi but serial blocked

Are you follow this topic workaround to update from r32.7.2 to r35.1?

We tried it before and uart works. please make sure your BSP is clean.
