Xavier NX, during powered on, is it ok to plugin or unplug in the USB keyboards/mouse, hdmi monitors?

After rebooting, I worry if the ip address will be changed.

I do this once in a while and my Xavier-NX is still alive.

When IP address changes after reboot check if your network router / DHCP-server has option “always assign same IP to this device”

FYI, USB and HDMI are “hot plug”. I can’t say you would never have an issue, at least in software, but it is unlikely to be a problem. Hardware itself should never be harmed by disconnect/reconnect of anything “hot plug”.
