Xavier NX, how to use sdk manager to flash the system to usb storage?

When I use the sdk manager to flash Xavier nx, I find storage device option, and there is a “usb” option. I select it and insert the 64GB usb storage to the nx. Sdk manager stay at 99.50%.
Can I do it like that?

Thanks for you answer. At last, sdk manager similarly shows that exceeded expected time, let me wait or drop.I select to wait for a long long time and it will be successful(I see that it’s maybe checking point of the usb storage).
