Xavier NX NVMe hard disk test fail

I use the Toshiba RC500 SSD 250G m.2 solid-state NVMe to test the M.2 interface on Xavier NX (burned with ./flash.sh). The specific hard disk parameters are as follows:

But after the system starts, under / dev, no NVMe device is found. Do you need other settings?

No. Mine is fine. I get better nvme performance on the NX than I do on my desktop. :)

You don’t even see the PCI bridges or the ethernet controller? What carrier board are you using?

Meanwhile, can you please add the following entries (one at a time) to the PCIe node ‘pcie@141a0000’ and share your observations?

Sorry, I only have time to watch now.
I bought HP’s SSD again, the same situation. And I found that the manual says that lane2~lane5 is used, but the configuration in the device tree is p2u_12~p2u_19, and the reset pin is not configured in the device tree. is there a problem here?

When the SSD is inserted, the reset pin is always low,and REFCLK is not.
Modified nvidia, max-speed and num-lanes configuration is the same phenomenon.

We tried a SSD from Intel and it can work.

Have you checked the result of lspci -vv?

Only wifi module information.
