Hi Nvidia team,

Could you please help question as below, thanks

  1. According to Carrier board(P2822_b02.dsn file), it indicates that software can download code via USB2.0 port0 connector to Type C connector(J512), 
    but we can see J512 also connector to UPHY port1. Will this affect the Software download code function?

  2. We can see Xavier design guide Software download code function use USB Micro AB connector, 
    but  Carrier board(P2822_b02.dsn file) use Type C connector, which one do we need to follow?

  3. Can we use Micro USB2.0 connector for software download code?it will any effect?

Q1: Won’t. Jetson Xavier have plan to use USBSS to support faster download, please wait for later document update.
Q2: Per #1, suggest follow P2822 design use Type C or USB3.0 port.
Q3: Function OK but may need more time when download if not enable USBSS.

or do you mean can we use USB 3.0 Standard-A connector for software download code function? but Xavier how to
judgment device mode or host mode?

Yes.
Force recovery only support device mode.

Yes.
When you use force recovery mode, USB2.0 in the USB3.0 port only can be device mode.
