XavierNX over-current condition

I am using Weact studio carrier board with xavier nx som. When I try to boot up the som it fails and It shows overcurrent condition in the dmesg logs.

[ 268.427422] usb usb3-port4: over-current condition
[ 268.455447] usb usb4-port2: over-current condition
[ 280.245525] usb usb3-port4: over-current condition
[ 280.273530] usb usb4-port2: over-current condition
[ 330.225513] usb usb3-port4: over-current condition

How can I solve this issue ?

If you are using a custom board, please check with board vendor.
This is hardware related.
