XHCI activation for TX2-4GB

A customer has developed a custom carrier for a TX2-8GB and a TX2-4GB module.
When the customer edited the tegra186-quill-p3310-1000-c03-00-base.dts(/kernel/dtb/tegra186-quill-p3310-1000-c03-00-base.dtb) for a TX2-8GB module with the reference : https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/usb-still-cannot-work-after-modify-device-tree/115408, it worked well for the XHCI activation for TX2-8GB.
However, when the customer modified the tegra186-quill-p3489-0888-a00-00-base.dts(kernel/dtb/tegra186-quill-p3489-0888-a00-00-base.dtb) for a TX2-4GB module, it did not work for the XHCI activation for TX2-4GB.

So, which file should the customer edit for the XHCI activation for TX2-4GB?

In addition, the customer uses JetPack4.6.1 for the XHCI activation for TX2-4GB
