XID Errors on Dell RTX 3080 gpu

I have a Dell RTX 3080 that I bought used from a private entity. The card does work fine for medium to high gaming but things like benchmarks or apparently roblox cause it to crash and die (blank screen that announces itself with flashes and wont ever come back. But the sound still stays). I don’t know if its a hardware issue or what because at first I thought its the gpu being too heavy but it seems like even though I attached it with zip-ties its still erroring out.
Here are the last few journalctl lines before I shut it down.

Jan 25 22:11:40 archlinux kernel: NVRM: GPU at PCI:0000:01:00: GPU-54ad836b-fcac-60ac-d45b-d59694b62b1a

Jan 25 22:11:43 archlinux kernel: NVRM: Xid (PCI:0000:01:00): 109, pid=12068, name=RobloxPlayerBet, Ch 00000098, errorString CTX SWITCH TIMEOUT, Info 0x16c043

XID 109 isn’t even specified anywhere so that’s great.

While doing a 3DMark Demo benchmark the GPU also crashed but here I have a GPUZ log of the temps and other things before I shut it down.

Honestly I’m starting to think its a GPU issue but I need a definitive opinion.
