xrandr rotate Chrome browser rendering issue..

I’m using Chrome version 53 as a full screen.

Switch the 1920 * 1080 screen horizontally / vertically through xrandr.

I want the GIF to be rendered continuously.

If you use rotate, it will not be rendered.

First solution
  - Resize using Chrome browser F11.

Second solution
  - The latest version of Chrome will use.
(In this case another issue: https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/1028002/nvpmodel-max-n-image-scratch-issue/#5229493)

I want a perfect solution.

Help me.

Hi shyoon,

Sorry that I am not pretty sure what your problem is… Could you give out what you want exactly?

You said you want to render GIF, but you also mention xrandr, which uses to rotate “monitor”.

You can see from the link image.

Rotation through xrandr stops GIF playback.
(Screen rendering stops.)

I want the screen rendering to continue seamlessly.

Is this a tegra specific issue? I meant if you move to a desktop, will xrandr not affect the gif?

I did not go to Desktop.

Please do not stop animation using Xrandr in Chrome Fullscreen mode.

I do not know what’s going on. Help me.

Again, there is no issue in the latest version of Chrome.

But there are other issues.

This issue would be fixed in next release. Thanks.
