Hi,

I am getting the below error message when I try to play my course videos .

Below is the screen shot of my progress - It shows that I have completed 50% of the course, even though I have just watched only watched first few videos of the course.

Not sure what the issue is, but could you please look into it and fix this for me, so that I can continue with my learning?

I have granted you eight more hours. In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
