Hi, I am enrolled in the self-paced course ‘Building RAG Agents with LLMs,’ and it is taking me a while to go through the notebooks because I am new and I did not get to download the notebooks that came with the environment. I’m getting an unexpected message stating, ‘You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.’ I wasn’t aware that there was a time limit for accessing the lab resources. Could you please extend the lab time for this course? Appreciate your help.

Hi @TomNVIDIA, I’m getting this new error now -

" Host Not Found

DNS error (the host name of the page you are looking for does not exist) or Server did not accept the connection.

Please check that the host name has been spelled correctly."

Sorry, I don’t see any issues with your account. Can you try logging in from a different browser or system?
