"you have held broken packages" install problem. GeForce GTX 1070

I’m getting these kinds of errors no matter what I do.

what i try to show in this screen
is it’s just effective enough to do some Computer Vision stuff
but for some reason
nvidia-smi is broke
and idk where cuda is

I resolved this issue myself. In my estimation, the 470 driver is simply not compatible with this card. Installing the 460 driver enabled all systems working.
