Based on my analysis across all available hardware, nothing changes after switching the display and refresh rate to the minimum available values — the lowest 23.98 Hz on 1920 × 1080 screen.
I tested this using the same driver versions as in the previous tests (580 and 590), both on an RTX 4080 laptop and an RTX 5080 desktop PC.
The outcome is identical in every tested case and every monitor i have.
