The nvidia_icd.json file located in "usr/share/vulkan/icd.d has a typo.
Change “1.4.312” to “1.4.321” save and restart it should resolve any vulkan problems.Wow, this fixed the low gpu usage in The Last of Us and low FPS. Before I was getting around ~50 FPS and now it is around ~100 with my 4090 with maxed settings and at 4K. Thank you!
Apparently fixes performance issue in The Last of Us. I do not own the game, I could not test this myself.
