I’m still getting the issue of desktop stuttering in Xorg that is accompanied by this output in /var/log/Xorg.0.log:

The output above will be appended to that log in rapid succession when the issue occurs. When it happens, the entire Xorg desktop freezes, some times for seconds at a time. I’m using KDE Plasma on Debian testing.

This issue prevents me from using Intellij to this day, as running it causes unacceptable UI stuttering since it triggers the issue so often as to make the desktop unusable.
My previous report includes links to other people’s reports, but there are many other reports. Search this forum for notify-send to find these reports.
Side note: when running nvidia-bug-report.sh, the output appeared 5 times in the log.
