Is this where I’m supposed to report issues or resolved issues with the Vulkan beta driver, since it’s also 580.xx series?
580.94.13 fixed one of the issues I was having with HDR color extensions. Specifically, one launches Cyberpunk 2077 with Proton GE and uses PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 and PROTON_ENABLE_HDR=1, then toggles the HDR option in the game settings, it no longer hangs the game when turning it back on. Also, if the game is started with HDR set to HDR10 PQ, it no longer ruins the graphics to toggle the setting to scRGB. The game still hangs after quitting, but that’s a different issue.
Borderlands Game of the Year Enhanced with Renodx works perfectly too. That never had any problems, just adding it as a UE4 title that works, with hacks of course.
Borderlands 4 is still broken. However, it’s broken in different ways than before. With 580.94.11, it would hang on startup if HDR is enabled in settings, shortly after the logos and just where it would switch video mode and begin shader compilation. It would also hang if started with HDR turned off, immediately upon turning on HDR support. Now, with 580.94.13, it simply terminates itself when reaching the spot where it would hang during startup. If the game is started with HDR disabled, it makes it in-game, but the game crashes the instant HDR is turned on.
