Add HDCP support on X11 and Wayland

Hi, I have a GeForce GTX 1650, and I’ve found out that HDCP is supported for Windows, but not for Linux.

I have contacted with Nvidia support, and they told me that HDCP is not available for Linux because “it is open source”, but I’ve found that there’s an API for HDCP support developed by Intel for their GPUs, so it’s not that impossible HDCP: — The Linux Kernel documentation.

Also, I would really like a response from an Nvidia developer or supporter because this issue has posts from 2013 and there’s no answer of anyone.

Or at least update the website to specify that Nvidia on Linux doesn’t have any support for HDCP because it can lead people to think that their GPUs should work on Linux out of the box, even if that’s not true :)
