Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am unable to access the NIM inference endpoints and am running into two connected issues:
- On the build.nvidia.com API keys tab, the system will not let me generate an API key and keeps asking me to verify my account or contact support.
- I was able to generate a personal API key from my NGC dashboard at org.ngc.nvidia.com (key prefix: nvapi-Fftd6wmnA), but it does not work. When I try to use it, the upstream provider returns an HTTP 403 Forbidden (“Authorization failed”) error.
Because my account is stuck in the unverified state, my personal organization is still missing the “Public API Endpoints” permission.
Could you please manually verify my account and enable the API endpoints?
