yes it flashes fine without secureboot & encryption, via SDKM.
That command doesn’t need the keys because the fusing hasn’t happened:
sudo ./flash.sh --read-info -u rsa.pem -v sbk.key jetson-orin-nano-devkit nvme0n1p1
