I bought an MSI spark from Amazon about 3 months ago. It died today. SInce it was past the return period, I called MSI to get the RMA started. I gave them my serial number and they came back and said the warranty was no good because it was a Chinese product. So, this was sold my Amazon, fulfilled by Amazon and it was not a real MSI spark. After hours of yelling and speaking to 10 different people I finally was able to return them for a refund. What a pain. Here is the link to the actual product. Hey, it ships with a “Cortex A5” CPU instead of a arm prozessor. Its obviously not a Spark. (shipping costs to germany are ca. 900€ … who in hell orders such things?)

Well they are suspiciously cheap at this point…

The .com is for US sales, so that’s who, in Germany you want the .de, where they only have the GX10 and “Usually dispatched within 3 to 7 months”!

Well that’s really weird. Amazon has been getting worse and worse the past years. Especially with all the cost cutting. I wish there was a more serious alternative. When companies get so big they go rotten.

the link in the OP is an EdgeXpert-13SUS (which I would say indicating a …US version) so the OP is right about complaining as it is deceptively indicates to an average user a US version, and it’s sold an fulfilled by Amazon by the same US version model name MSI US Shop [image] AMAZON US [image]

The CPU Model is just some mistake. Obviously it’s a real Spark, but the one they got at least was intended for Chinese distribution. Weird. @billbrock1234 are there any indications of this on the bottom? Like do you remember if it said the Chinese model number instead of the US model number? Has anyone else bought this from Amazon and gotten the US one?
