I am trying to import and turn an fbx to a USD but there is no option to convert the fbx, no option to import and convert, and the import button does nothing
Hi and thanks for the question. You want to do all of your main importing and authoring in Create, not Create XR. Create is the base application for composing your scene and saving into a USD file. Create XR is then used to view that USD file in VR / XR / AR. So try Create first and get the scene ready for viewing first.
