Configuring Deepstream to track the same person across multiple cameras

Good day, I wanted to know if it is possible to configure Deepstream so that it will be able to track the same person across multiple cameras? So for example - if a person walks into the field of view of camera one, and then walks into the field of view of another camera, then I want the system to realize that the person that was just detected within camera 1 (Let’s say that an ID of 1 was assigned to that person), is the same person that is detected in camera 2 (The system should in this case also assign a ID of 1 to that person.)

Is something like this possible with Deepstream? (For this example, assume that I know the relative position of cameras - so I know how they are orientated relative to one another.)
