CUDA Copyright or Trademark notificiation General rules on howto use the CUDA name

This may be a little off topic in a technical sense. I was wondering if there is any guidance on using the CUDA name. Do I need to reference NVidia and the CUDA copyright or trademark every time I reference the name CUDA in my own project?
How is everyone else doing this?

On the first use, please spell it out as: NVIDIA® CUDA™ …, subsequently you can refer to just CUDA, such as CUDA programming model, or CUDA toolkit,…
