Current NVIDIA driver 470.62.13 sometimes backtraces on boot (kernel 5.15)

Since kernel 5.15, when booting my system, it sometimes (but not always) shows the following trace:

This seems to have no obvious consequences, the system boots just fine. But maybe related are kwin crashes showing the following problems when starting Proton games, or videos and Chrome websites go blank for short amounts of times during playing games also showing such errors:
