I’m trying to install cuda-toolkit for debian 10 using the .deb(local) file. After getting the .deb file from wget, installing the deb file, and updating. Apt install cuda fails to find package. In /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ the deb file doesn’t add a .list file. How to fix this?
