Hi, We do not support python on DS4.0.1. We are evaluating to support it in future releases. On DS4.0.1, you can use gst-dsexample plugin or prob callback. There are existing samples. Please refer to 2, 5 in faq

Have you clarified the cause and resolved the performance issue?
You may try to maximum the system performance on Jetson Xavier by NVPmodel config if can improve.
