Is Deepstream 5 compatible with Ubuntu 20.04?

Yes, at least there are Docker images in NGC with DeepStream 5 based on Ubuntu 20.04. Check DeepStream | NVIDIA NGC

for ubuntu, only ubuntu 18.04, but yes, you can run the DS docker on ubuntu 20.04, but the ubuntu version in the docker image is still 18.04.
