Dla and tensorcore are used at the same time, performance is degraded

Hi,I run two neural networks on xavier, one with tensorCore and the other with dla. Using dla’s network. The inference time spent on reasoning increases by about 5 milliseconds, but the network using tensorcore increases the time by about double.

Note:
1.if Running alone, time is normal
2.These two are two processes running simultaneously
3.High performance mode has been set

Could you check if the network using DLA is fully-supported by the DLA process first?
The simplest way is to turn-off the fallback option to see if the model can be executed or not.

If a model with several fallbacked operation, it will introduce some overhead and occupy some GPU resource.

The phenomenon is:if the process using TensorCore,it takes 10ms more time than when it run alone. and the process using DLA,it takes about the same amount of time as it runs alone.

But another problem,I added pre- and post-processing (using gpu, for example, subtracting the mean, post-processing is argmax),so the overall process is preprocess(subtracting the mean)\infernece\postprocess(argmax)。

The time to use dla is normal,but the time use GPU increase 7ms, if they run at the same time. why?
