Error when building nano_llm in other container

I have the following error output, when building the Nano_LLM container in another container (from here): Installation — NanoLLM 24.7 documentation

Anyone has any idea how to fix following error?

The error is related to some missing files.
Have you run the installation steps mentioned in the below link?
