Exchange error: Failed to execute 'text' on 'Response': body stream already read

I had Omniverse working fine but now everytime I go to the exchange panel I get the error:
Failed to execute ‘text’ on ‘Response’: body stream already read

I have tried restarting the computer but it doesn’t fix it. thank you for advice on how to fix the error
