I was able to finish the Poisoning Assessment of the Exploring Adversarial Machine Learning training; however, after clicking on the grade button, I’m receiving the errors “Assessment timed out” or “ERROR 999” (as screenshots attached). I saved the files and followed all the lab instructions.
I tried again after resetting the notebook kernel and ran everything, but without success. Also, I tried to reset the full environment and tried more than 3 times again, but my assessment was not evaluated either.
Could someone please help? It is the only item that is not receiving the right grade; all other exercises were graded correctly.

Hi @TomNVIDIA . Could you please tell me if there is an SLA for receiving a response to open cases? I opened the case following your instructions, but I haven’t received a reply yet.
There is no SLA, the team has a large backload, plus Monday was a US holiday. Sorry, I cannot say when they will respond.
