Failed to load streaming.native extension when run a streaming server

I want to run a Omniverse application as Streaming server by below codes

It seems can not find the or auto load streaming.native extension.
How can I solve this ?

I’ve checked this doc:
https://docs.omniverse.nvidia.com/extensions/latest/ext_livestream/native.html
still no idea how to figure out.
