Hi, Went through a very nice OOBE experience, but didn’t write down my user name. I did set to automatic logon, so I can get to the Ubuntu start menu, but don’t know how to either recover the user name or change it. I’ve tried all the obvious names and no joy.
When I try to access headless with the PuTTY tool, I get to the command prompt, but it doesn’t recognize the user name and I’m just stuck.
How can I recover or change the user name? I would really like to avoid having to reimage the device, since I don’t know how to do that. Thanks in advance.
