GPU in the PCIex4 slot, System crash when S3/S4 back to S0

Hello, we are currently encountering an issue when using the T1000.
We installed the T1000 in a standard PCIe x4 slot, and under Windows 10/11, the system crashes when transitioning from S3/S4 back to S0.
This issue only occurs during the transition from S3/S4 to S0 and does not occur when transitioning from S5 to S0.
However, when the same graphics card is installed in a standard PCIe x8 slot, the system works without any issues.

After uninstalling the NVIDIA driver, no system crashes occur.

After analyzing the MEMORY.DMP file, the problematic code appears to be:
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0x9F_4_nvlddmkm_IMAGE_pci.sys

The following are the checks and experiments I have conducted, but none were able to resolve the issue:
1.Verified that the platform and slot power-on sequence comply with specifications, and measured the EA signal quality of the PCIe slot — all passed from Gen4 to Gen1.
2.Tried updating the Intel graphics driver to the latest version.
3.Tried updating the NVIDIA driver to the latest version.
4.Tried reducing the PCIe slot speed to Gen3, Gen2, and Gen1 in the BIOS.
5.Tested three models — T1000, T400E, and RTX 2000E — all produced the same result.
6.Installed network cards (LIANRUI/LREC9204CT and LRES2004PT-POE) in the same PCIe x4 slot without any issues.

This is the MEMORY.DMP file I extracted from Windows:

This is the test environment setup:

The issue only occurs on Intel RPL-S PCIe x4 (PEG60), and does not occur on PCIe x8 (PEG10) or PCIe x8 (PEG11).
The Memory.DMP indicates a problem occurred while loading the NVIDIA driver.
