Recently, about a week ago, I changed my password in the DLI platform due to receiving an email indicating suspicious activity. After that, I was immediately locked out of my account, and I keep seeing the following message:
“Your account has been disabled. If you believe this was done in error, please contact us at [feedback@example.com].”
Please note that my general NVIDIA account is working fine, and I do not have any issues with it. The problem is specifically with my learning platform account, which I use to access my courses.
I am grateful for what DLI provided us during the training period. However, I am obligated to complete some courses I have enrolled in, and I have specific deadlines for submission.
I respectfully request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible so I can continue to complete my courses without further delay.
