Help: Disabled account

Recently, about a week ago, I changed my password in the DLI platform due to receiving an email indicating suspicious activity. After that, I was immediately locked out of my account, and I keep seeing the following message:

“Your account has been disabled. If you believe this was done in error, please contact us at [feedback@example.com].”

Please note that my general NVIDIA account is working fine, and I do not have any issues with it. The problem is specifically with my learning platform account, which I use to access my courses.

I am grateful for what DLI provided us during the training period. However, I am obligated to complete some courses I have enrolled in, and I have specific deadlines for submission.

I respectfully request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible so I can continue to complete my courses without further delay.

I’ve re-enabled your account, but please keep in mind that our Terms of Service require that you only use our labs for the course content, and not for unlimited experimentation. Your account was disabled for installing additional libraries that are not necessary for the course you were last working on.
