How to use colour filter with Cuda programming

From the image (see the attached file), I would like to perform Cuda programming as following procedures

(1) Using colour filter, only green colour is passed

(2) When this part including the green colour is located, I can reuse colour filter to detect where the red spot is

About the above procedures, the red sport and green region is firstly presented in the image

.

Please provide any useful suggestion for the application of Cuda code
