How to use pyds and opencv-python with cuda_GpuMat mapped with NvBufSurface

Some how I’d like to process the buffer after nvv4l2decoder. I want to operate it’s NvBufSurface without copy.So I’d like to use cv.cuda_GpuMat mapping surfacelist, But I didn’t see the api to do with it

I remember trying to look for this when I was working with DS 4.0.x and some post had mentioned that OpenCV’s cuda implementation is separate and cannot be used in deepstream without copy.

If there is some solution, I’d be interested to know too!

I guess if really want to use it without copy ,the only way is using original cuda api

No way. The data format is different. Copy is needed.
