We’re (finally) moving off CentOS 7 and would like to go straight to RedHat 9. I see that the drivers support 9, CUDA 11.8 and 12.x support 9, and there’s DGX support for 9, but the HPC SDK still only goes up to RedHat 8 (x86-64; according to the 23.9 release notes). Is there any indication when HPC SDK will support 9? I’d hate to go through upgrading everything to 8 only to find a week later that 9 becomes supported. ;^\

Unfortunately I can’t give a specific release version of when we can added RedHat 9 to our supported OS list as testing and validation is still in process, but it should be supported in a future release.
Keep in mind that supported only means that we’ve tested the compilers on the particular OS. It doesn’t mean that the compilers wont work on other Linux OS, we just don’t know for sure.

Ok, Thanks. I’m reluctant to upgrade “production” systems until there’s an official blessing, but hopefully that’ll come soon and we can focus on upgrading the other GPU systems in the interim.
