Install and configure DPDK from source on the Bluefield

Hi there,
I have been playing around with DPDK on the Bluefield and I reached a point when I need the stock DPDK version to be installed and used, instead of the one provided by the Bluefield BFB image by default.

I managed to do it, and I thought it is worth sharing the process with anybody who intends to do the same.
