Installing Pytorch & Torchvision for Jetpack 6.2 and cuda 12.6

I am trying to access the below link to download pytorch version specific to my jetpack and cuda version but the link is not accessible.

I am trying to download pytorch and torch vision for cuda 12.6 and Jetpack 6.2 on Jetson Nano (ARM architecture) since there is no torchvision version available that directly supports it i had to build it from the source in which i am facing issue of RuntimeError: operator torchvision::nms does not exist so i came across the link http://jetson.webredirect.org/jp6/cu126 but it is not accessible
