i found a temporary fix but the problems persist now. The issue seems to happen after my computer turns off suddenly like when my batter dies or when i have a power failure. This problem has been reported by someone else too.

It’s been 6 years since this bug was reported. Still no updates on this? I’m facing the same issue.
