Could you be more specific ? You have a Percepto ?
If you have a Percepto, you can download an image there (rev-D-external-recovery-bct.tar.gz). This image is probably old ( september 2016 ) but I don’t have another.
When wou have downloader the image, you have to uncompress it and follow the reinstall procedure.
#without recovery mode
$ lsusb

#recovery mode
$ lsusb

nvflash tegra124-percepto1.dtb
~/jetson/percepto$ ./clone_or_restore_board.sh init rev_d_external.img
