While I wait for my GB10 box, I was wondering if someone could confirm if the Jupyterlab Start button on the dashboard is creating an environment with uv. Which would mean that I could go into that working directory in the terminal and just add things the usual way with uv, e.g. uv add .
No, it uses a python virtual environment using venv
Once the virtual environment is created, you can enter it without using the dashboard with:
source ~/jupyter/.venv/bin/activate
